ACC Top OOC wins of the decade dominated by Clemson

It does say a lot that one team consists of over half of all wins on that list. 8of the top 10 and 10 of the top 15. The ACC sucks as a supporting cast. We’ve known this but this list further cements my feeling of “what have they done lately,” Whatever. It is what it is. We just continue to do what we do and abuse big teams on big stages.
