Called Spectrum and asked if they would carry

The ACC network. The rep said she thought the ACC had limited it to certain providers and Spectrum was not one. I told her I thought that was not the case and to know I would have to cancel Spectrum as a provider if they did not carry this channel. She put me on some list and then said she would also let her supervisor know about this. Hmm...not happy if I can't see my Tigers on this network.

yeah... I was with DirecTv but had to switch to Spectrum.

That $100 less a month won out in the end. Plus DirecTv outsourced to India. Customer service ain’t nearly the same.

Agree. Spectrum's customer service is outstanding...

...and they also will not hesitate to make a deal with you to lower your cost if you call and talk to them about your bill. Have done this at least twice in the last couple years and now have every premium channel plus 200MB internet and my bill is lower than it was 3 years ago.

my only problem with them is how they dropped

max from their top tier now with out making any mention that they were going to do it..just tuned over one day and it said i was no longer subscribed..been with them for two years and im still under 200 for phone net and cable..opposed to directv that was way over 200 and going up every other month

..."the ACC had limited it to certain providers and Spectrum was not one." The ACC would want it's package on every provider's lineup for the obvious cash flow and sheer customer count reasons. What a silly thing to tell you.

For me, and I have Charter Spectrum, I am taking a wait and see approach. I really don't believe that it won't be included. They're just holding out til the last minute to try and leverage their best deal from the ACC imho. I'm not really concerned about it....yet.
