On September 29, 1976, Jason Fort entered this cruel world. He grew up in Greenville, South Carolina. He grew up as the oldest of three brothers. He graduated from Greenville High School. He regretted not ever playing high school football; his father said he was too skinny and probably wouldn't like getting run over by the big boys. He went on to go to college at Erskine, and started lifting weights; all the time. He went from being 6'2", 185 to 6'2", 215 in about nine months time. By the end of his freshman year his bench went from 165 to 225. By the end of his sophomore year, his max on bench was around 300, and he weighed about 230. Hs Junior year came, and he was still lifting, and still growing. By the time he graduated from Erskine, he was 6'2", 240, but benching 335 pounds. So he went out into the real world, bcame a PE teacher, fell in love, and got married and had a kid. And that is his life in a nutshell.
