I have been a Clemson fan all of my life. I have never missed a football game as long as I can remember (I've been there, watched on TV, or listen to radio). I come from a Clemson family. I have 9 family members who went to CU. My wife is also a CU grad.
My fondest memory as a child is watching CU win the National Championship over Nebraska (8 years old). My worst memory as a child was watching Kevin Butler (UGa) kick a 60 yard field goal to beat us. I recall that I was so upset my parents had to take me to the ER because I had made myself sick crying.
I grew up 25 minutes from Clemson. I always knew I would go to CU growing up and graduated from there in 1995. I moved to Columbia (never would have thought it) in 1998 to accept my current job.
I am a BIG Danny Ford fan but am excited to have Tommy Bowden as our coach. I think he is a perfect fit for us and am thankful we have him as our head coach. I hope he retires as CU's all time winning coach at the ripe old age of no less than 75!
