Deshaun Watson is headed to the NFL and finished his college career leading Clemson to their first National Championship since 1981.

ESPN released their experts' final Top 50 player ranking of 2016 on Wednesday and Watson was ranked the #1 overall player in the country. If you were wondering, Heisman winner Lamar Jackson finished #6 in the ranking behind Watson.

"Watson might have finished second in Heisman voting, but he won the trophy that matters most to him: the national championship," ESPN said. "He did it with a performance against Alabama that won't soon be forgotten (420 yards, 3 TDs) and ends the season with 5,222 total yards and 50 total touchdowns."

Several other Tigers were ranked including wide receiver Mike Williams (#14 ranking), defensive lineman Christian Wilkins (#23 ranking), linebacker Ben Boulware (#30 ranking), defensive tackle Carlos Watkins (#35 ranking), and cornerback Cordrea Tankersley (#48 ranking).
