Gamecocks practicing with Tiger Rag playing nonstop |
Clemson will face-off with South Carolina in the upcoming Palmetto Bowl on Saturday, November 28, 12 PM at Williams-Brice Stadium.
The South Carolina football team has been listening to Clemson's popular 'Tiger Rag' fight song during the last two days of practice in a non-stop loop. "It’s so annoying,” defensive tackle Taylor Stallworth said via thestate.com. "Sometimes I think I should just go over there and knock the speaker over. Just hearing that song over and over and over, you don’t understand how annoying that is." South Carolina linebacker Skai Moore hopes that by listening to it in practice, then they might not hear the rival's song as much on gameday. "I feel like I know the whole song. It’s stuck in my head,” Moore said. “That’s definitely the goal, to hear it all week and not hear it Saturday." Clemson is currently a 17.5 point favorite against the Gamecocks as of Wednesday morning.
