Dabo Duck and Tilly moved to a new home

by - Assoc. Editor -

Clemson's famous mallard celebrities - Dabo Duck and Tilly have been moved on Monday from the reflection pond behind the Cooper Library to the largest pond at the SC Botanical Gardens.

Sadly, the recently hatched eggs have disappeared and the food supply has been very limited since many of the Clemson students are away for the Summer. Therefore, wildlife experts and the Clemson administration decided on the relocation for the couple's health and well-being.

FYI: Feeding the ducks bread, crackers or chips can make them sick.
