Kelly Bryant reportedly receives his release papers |
Kelly Bryant is basically now on the college football free agent market according to a Tuesday night report.
Rivals.com's Woody Wommack posted that Bryant received his written release papers from Clemson today and will begin talking with college coaches. Some of the possible landing spots include Auburn, FAU, Florida State, North Carolina State, and Ole Miss. For the season, Bryant passed for 462 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Bryant had made over 18 starts over the last two seasons, with Clemson going 16-2 over those games. During his collegiate career at Clemson, he threw for 3338 yards with 16 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. A source close to the situation tells me that Kelly Bryant received his release papers from Clemson today and will now begin communicating with college coaches. Bryant has already graduated but schools were hesitant to contact him directly until he had the written release.
