Chase Brice led his White team to a resounding 30-10 victory over Orange during Saturday's spring game at Clemson.

Brice finished the game completing 10-for-19 passes for 165 yards and a touchdown.

He spoke with the media following the game and said that his teammates have more confidence in him.

"I feel like I have had a pretty solid spring and I have gained a lot of confidence," he said. "I feel like my teammates have gained confidence in me as well, really just showcase what I can do and how much I have progressed from last season when I got to play till now."

Brice is improving in the mental aspect of the game.

"Really reading post-snap defense really quick," he said. "I feel like I have done a good job of noticing different spots where the defense is and knowing what coverage they are going to be in."

Brice was asked if he thought about transferring to a school for more playing time.

"Of course, I think that would cross through someone’s mind, but I am here," he said. "I am going to be great where my feet are and right here in Clemson is where I am going to grow, grow as a man and grow as a person. Obviously, as a football player, I definitely feel like I have got better since last season. We are going to win and go places. We do a lot of different things as a program that other colleges and other teams they don’t get to experience that we get to experience. It’s special."
