There is nothing unusual about the current temps.

Ten thousand years ago, things were quite a bit warmer than they are now, and there were no significant man-made CO2 emissions at that time. 130,000 years ago, things were even warmer, with no people generating CO2. About 1000 years ago, in the medieval warm period, things were a bit warmer than now.
Basically, the earth has been warming up since the last ice age. Why does anyone find it unusual for things to warm up after an ice age ends? That seems like common sense to me.
