How is the format? Match play or stroke? Who do we play? So on and so on? I have looked for answers and I cannot find them.

first 3 days are stroke play. 30 teams I believe.

Top 8 teams after that have match play 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7, etc.
Final 2 teams play for it all.

Sort of correct: After 3 rounds they cut to 15 teams and after 4 rounds the final 8 for match play.
