Went through first and secondary fermentation, used my new hydrometer to measure and it’s less alcohol % than I wanted (10%) and was quite tart. I back sweetened 1/4 cup of sugar per half gallon and tasted great. Bottled and put in the fridge for the next few months. If I’m lucky the extra sugar will ferment a little again and make a sparkling berry wine. But I’m also fine the way it is now.

You know that'll explode if you don't stop the fermentation, right?

I'd be checking the bottles daily and maybe making one pet bottle because it will show the pressure increasing.

But normally when I fridge them there is no more fermentation bc too cold
