that do not remain,"All In" for their careers to their original teams. Maybe it was too harsh. But, I am part of the older crowd and personally am a loyal and more of a stay the course individual. You see,I owned my own real estate company for 8 years and only left it because, well, I had a partner that tried to do everything he could to impune my character and reputation. And frankle, that is an understatement. Those who know me personally know the full details.I walked out and went to a major real estate company and stayed there for 16 years, leaving only when the broker, who I greatly admired and still do, changed franchises in the middle of the night without any consultation with his agents. I then went to eXp where I have remained for the last 11 years or so. This May, Mrs. Spud and I will celebrate our 39th anneversary. My parents, and four of my aunts and uncles were married for over 50 years each, some made it to 60. I have 8 cousins who have all been married over 35 years to the same spouse. So,that is where I come from and it just rubs me the wrong way the way SOME players seem to have a ZERO level of commitment.
No offense to any of them, but commitment is important in my opinion....
