Who would you like to see a home & home series with?

Looking at the future schedule, we've got the following teams lined up (excluding FCS and non Power-5 schools): Auburn (2016/2017), Texas A&M (2018/2019), and Notre Dame (2020, 2022, 2023).
Here's my list of who I'd like to get on the schedule:
GEORGIA Really wish this would be an every year thing. There was a time when this was a bigger game than playing SCar. Hell, I'd be happy with an annual spring game scrimmage with them.
TENNESSEE The regular season Orange Bowl. Have fond memories of the Peach Bowl in 2003 and blasting them out of Atlanta. Rabid fanbase, big stadium, and nice area to visit.
STANFORD Dabo and David Shaw have a great relationship. Both programs have been extremely successful in recent years, both on the field and in the classroom. Very similar values. (Shaw visited Dabo last year: http://www.tigernet.com/story/football/Stanfords-David-Shaw-visits-Clemson-details-similarities-programs-13642)
OKLAHOMA I know, I know. We might just see them in a bowl again next year at this rate. For me personally though, my wife and her entire family are Sooner fans, so this would just add to our relationship.
NEBRASKA Beyond the 1981 connections, I've heard the fans in Lincoln are a class act and they are passionate about the program, despite a few down years.
I should add that since moving to Portland last year, I do have a bias and would love to see the Tigers play out west. Going to the Natty in Arizona last month was my one and only chance to see a game last year. =)
What are your votes for a home and home?

We recruit against each other, good fanbase, and excellent "scenery" at the Swamp.
UGAy would be a close 2nd.
I could skip all the others. Nebraska is a very odd choice, btw.

They said that it was one of their favorite football experiences, and many of them were well traveled throughout the South and other areas of the country. Next to Texas A&M fans, probably some of the most classy and welcoming fans in the country.

Georgia. Something about when we play them, it's exciting. I love the buzz, that surrounds that game. They're tough to beat, tho.

First team: Florida; second choice: Tennessee; third: W. Virginia. Clemson would also do well to play one or more AAC members like an SMU or UCF. Personally I would love playing Penn State or Maryland as well.
Go Tigers!

Texas. Winnable game vs a team that still has name recognition. Great way to build inroads into that state.

Stanford, Oklahoma, and Nebraska doesn't make as much sense as playing Georgia and Tennessee (and Florida which Ridgeland mentioned above). I don't think we care about getting a ton of exposure in Nebraska.

We have players on the roster from Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, Connecticut, and, yes, Hawaii.
I'd say we have a national recruiting footprint.

In no particular order
Florida I really want to go see a game in the swamp. And if the tigers can win said game, awesome.
Stanford. Same reason. Dabo and shaw. Plus Stanford is a national power. Would be a good game.
TCU/Baylor I'd be ok either way. I'm looking at TCU for grad school so I think that would be cool. Could switch that with Baylor and I would be fine.
Michigan Big brand and history. Excited fans.
Oklahoma State Really like Gundy and I pull for them in most of their games for whatever reason. Wouldn't mind seeing a game there.

Arkansas - only SEC team we have never played
Texas - Never played them either, Austin is the best city in America. Would be a great away trip
Stanford - Shaw and Swinney. Two top programs at the moment both doing things the right way
Washington - up and coming team, great stadium and location
Florida - we need to play these guys more often
Michigan - The Gary wars

I agree with Tennessee for sure that would be great!! I would like to get back at West Virginia and its reasonable distance. Ole Miss would be a good one. Texas would be a classic back of oranges as well. For some reason I like the idea of Baylor because of the offense as well as Kansas state because of purple lol dumb reason I know.

UGA makes the most sense but I'd take Tennessee, Michigan, Ohio state, Texas and LSU. Anything more than that is either a stretch as far as travel or doesn't benefit us. A home and home with the likes of TCU or Baylor doesn't help much and would be more like a trap. The ones I mention offer at least an in road to fertile recruiting grounds against the lead recruiting dog or at least national attention and prestige.

OU-looks good on the resume but is also a garanteed victory. This would be a win win game. Arizona St-We drove by the stadium when we were in Tempe, party school. WVU-revenge. UGA-should play them every year anyways. Michigan-Ive always wanted to go to the Big House. Oregon-Ive always wanted to go to Autzen. Wyoming-a victory at War Memorial Stadium in Lamarie would almost guarantee a spot in the Playoff.

The teams in this half of the country that consistently reel
Feb 12, 2016, 3:13 PM
|
|
in the top recruiting classes:
Alabama LSU Florida (for location), we already have the other 2 Georgia Michigan (because it's dipping deeper in the south, and we can be more competitive up north) Texas (enormous pool of talent in that state) Notre Dame (because they have the brand)
The more big names we beat the more top recruits will be interested.
