our Lord Jesus for making it through another week, in whatever shape we are in. For me, that's like the old commercial, "Not too GOOOOD!" But, I have to settle in that this is the new reality. Doing heart rehab three times a week with a screaming right hip is borderline medieval torture, even though I am doing machines where I can sit instead of walking. Bicycles, and seated steppers still cause the hip to HOWL. The hand bike is the only respite, so I try to save that one for last so that I can do the five minute "cooldown" on it as well.

Trivial as it is in the grand scheme of the world, I also give thanks for a great Clemson win yesterday. Still some warts, but, for the first time all year, this team looked like what we expected at the start of the year. Lots of youngsters growing up real fast, and the future looks bright.

I offer prayers for those in Israel and Gaza, as well as for members of my own church family, who are battling various forms of cancer right now. I pray for all of these, in the name of Jesus Christ,

Amen.
