the ACC deal.

The current B1G deal runs through the '29-'30 football season. The current ACC (GOR) deal runs through 2036.

So, just to play the "what if" game, "if" the B1G were to offer Clemson/FSU $40M to enter now with the promise of more $$ later, would you rather wait 7 years or 13 years???

The answer is obvious. I see no reason why the BOT wouldn't accept an offer to jump to the B1G---"if" an offer were to come.

And I would think the same math applies to the SEC. Their deal is currently $60M per team plus playoff revenues. Even if they gave us a lower offer to jump, with a promise to pay more later, why wouldn't we jump?

I guess what I'm trying to say is the ACC is dead. I see no possible outcome where cooperation with the PAC-6 ---correction---the PAC-4---makes any financial sense.

If 8 vote to leave the ACC, the GOR is a moot point. Only question at that point is where Clemson lands.
