Losing 7-5 after blowing the lead. Pitching and fielding with absolutely be a liability in the post season. Tigers will finish with a record that many Tiger fans will be happy with. Post season is going to leave many upset. Pitching has been a problem for close to a decade…

We have been STRUGGLING against mediocre teams. We will make it to the postseason but anyone thinking this team is going far is going to be very disappointed. Fielding is questionable, base running is AWFUL, hitting is streaky and the pitching is putrid

“Losing 7-5” in that moment meant that they are currently losing. It did not mean that they lost the game. That was your interpretation.
