a playoff berth on the line, you guys could rest assured that FSU fans would be pulling against Clemson. Do y'all think they have allegiance to the ACC as a conference? I don't. Just my opinion.....what's yours?

We go to a better bowl, if FSU wins. Plus, they will be ranked higher going into next season, when we get a chance at them.

I honestly don't think the outcome of this game helps or hurts Clemson. Even if tech wins, I believe one of the newyear6 bowls takes fsu (fiesta, peach etc.) most likely the peach bowl. Tech in Orange bowl. And clemson probably in citrus bowl.

Not pulling for FSU out of loyalty to ACC per se

I normally pull for Tech when they're not play Clemson...lot's of Tech friends. I had to explain to them this week why I'm not gonna pull too hard for them today.
If GaTech beats FSU, chances are that no ACC team will be in the playoffs. If FSU beats GaTech, it is an almost certainty that an ACC team will be in the playoffs.
Having a team in the playoff is good for the conference and good for Clemson. Financially and in other ways it is in Clemson's best interest that at least one ACC team is in the playoff.
Obviously best if Clemson was there, but since we're not, FSU is the best chance we have to capitalize on the playoff money, etc.
OTOH, Go Mizzou!

I don't have "ACC allegiance." I really don't understand defending every other team in your conference.
I hate FSU, UNC, Mary Land (yes, still), and even Syracuse. I would rather see them lose every single
game. But what I do want is for the SEC homers to be shut up about how EVERY team in the ACC is garbage.
Like I said, no allegiance to the ACC, but I do want their perception of the conference to change.
They have blinders on. And are arrogant. And possibly too dumb to understand anyhow. So I can pull
for FSU for these next few weeks. Because it can make us look better. We were one starting QB away from
beating them. And possibly even being in their position.
