I think this is all a commercial negotiation, we are not talking about criminal allegations. If he can negotiate a way out then it’s like getting the terms of a warranty changed. The fact that he wants immunity should tell us all we need to know about his knowledge of what happened.

In the world we live in today, you are guilty until proven innocent. I think it is a smart move! Also if your opponents are dumb enough to let someone steal their signals then they are in the wrong sport. we use to scout opponents for weeks before playing them to see if we could pick up tells!

Innocent people get charged with crimes all the time.
Was watching the news the morning and someone who had been in jail for 30 years was exonerated.

How is systematically finding what those placards mean that are being held up at most football games cheating? Those are public! Folks in the stadium if smart enough could figure them out...half the time announcers know what play is being run...that's public information...should everyone turn their head? With all the serious issues killing college football right now and you are worried about Harbaugh and half the other coaches knowing what play is coming next...stealing players aka NIL & portal just got Saban to hang it up...and you are worried about `Eat more Chickn`!
