During a presser earlier this week with the Japanese PM, Chief Veg was poised to be asked a question from a 'soft' reporter (with a scripted question and Joe with his answer on the usual Cheat card) when suddenly he read the entire answer from his card, again without having been asked the question!! Of course, the audience was stunned, but not surprised. Yep, that's the leader of the Free World standing in a trance beside a world leader.

That's a 10/10 on the stupidity/ impaired/ detached scale for presidential pressers. No way should he be in the WH OR ever getting close to the Red Phone/ nuclear codes!!

God help us. YCMTSU.
