Realistic goals after what you just witnessed?

For me, it’s 7-8 wins and a guaranteed winning season, regardless of what happens in the bowl game.
There are just so many issues with this team, especially on offense. The streak of 10+ wins is over.

Duke is at least a fringe top 25 team.
Granted, we looked pretty bad tonight, but our talent level relative to the rest of our schedule should get us at least 8-9 wins. I won’t be surprised if we win 10 games.

None of the likely "goals" begin to correlate with the high 4 figure check I wrote to IPTAY this year. I'm not here to go to the effin Cheez-it bowls. I was hoping to that my checks would help build a dynasty. Instead we got some good years on the backs of some great QB's and the a metric ##### ton of complacency since the last one left.

I agree with you. We have not just gone down hill, but fallen off a cliff since Dabo got bumped up to over $11.3 mil per year. It’s hard to watch now.

8-4 is more realistic. I don’t see us losing more than four games unless Cade gets hurt.

We got guaranteed losses coming from Fsu...Norte Dame and Unc....
No way in the hell barring severe injuries to those 3 teams that we beat them..
We can also very easily gets losses from NC State...Usc..Miami...
Losing 7 games is a possibility....
Best case scenario I see clemson winning 8 games...best case

We may win 5 maybe 6 wins based on what I saw. I never thought in a million years I would ever see something like this. This has to rank up there with one of the most embarrassing clemson loses ever. Few take aways. Duke is a good team. We are a bad team. Tyler grisham has to go. Our wide receivers were not running good routes. Cade klubnik is a good player but if he keeps taking shots like he did to day he won't last the season. Just my two cents. All in all I have to say that I was blessed to see 2 national championships in my life and sadly enough the golden era of Clemson football has passed. Anyways still love my tigers and will continue to support this team until the bitter end.

If I'm being honest with myself and watching the team tonight and if we play like that every week? It's going to be a very long season and I think it'll be a struggle to get to 6 wins.
