Yea, really need some arms in the bullpen to step it up and come through. Not sure if guys are burned out, arm fatigue, or there stuff is just straight, but FSU/GT/UNCC got to the pens in a big way and against better talent the guys need to be better

Exactly...we're sitting in a good spot and top 5 and all that, but we've been there before. Fixing the issues that will have us out of the Regionals is the cause for concern. My only hope is that Knaak and Smith can both go at least 7 innings when they pitch and use very lil of the bullpen. We have to very selective in who we choose out the pen for post season play. It'll be hard to get away with that stuff against other Top 10-15 teams when it matters most. Keeping the errors down is vital too, every time we have an infield error it leads to multiple runs, just like the GS last night.

Was at the game in Charlotte last night. Did not understand what happened in 7th or 8th inning with UNCC at bat with runner on first. Ump called ball 4 and batter was heading to 1st. Then we tagged the runner going to 2nd and there was a long conference by all refs. Refs ruled that the runner going to 2nd was out and the batter returned to the plate facing a full count. All the UNCC fans around us were mad and loud. We’re still in the dark as to what happened. Loved the stadium and how our Tigers hung on to win.

I was there too, lots of orange. I think the bottom line on that call was the batter walked to first base, on ball three. because he was not walked, the runner on first was thrown out on second. the batter returned, and may have hit a single. it was weird
