Oh, they are such a naive and forgetful lot they, they probably think they will win this year, just like their past thoughts. I think they are called "pipe dreams". They will, like so many times before, turn into nightmares. We are going to own them for quite some time, and there really isn't a danged thing they can do about it except stand there and take it like a jackarse in a hailstorm.

Somehow they will find a reason to cling to HOPE...

Clemson will still suck because they said so, with no fact to back it up.
When Clemson wins, we won because we paid our players to come there, and we were not that much better anyways.
They do not recruit "Star" players if you are looking at the rankings, their coaching staff goes out and finds all the "football players" and develops them better than anyone in the country.
Seriously kills me...O yeah, and they beat us 5 times in a row that one time.

ya'll know how their little pee brains work. Right now they would never say that they would win in DV next season. Just give it one summer and by next September you will hear the following:
"Our new OC is going to expose Venables"
"Bentley has now found himself and should be in the running for Heisman"
"We have one of the best stables of RB's in the country"
And on, and on, and on. You get the picture. By November 2018, they will be crowing about all the wins they have and that they are now on our level. On the way back to cootlumbia from the thrashing they shall receive, the record will start over again.

Leading up to the game, they'll make bold predictions of defeating us and dropping 35 points or more on our defense. They'll point to the one dumb loss we have next year and say that's their secret to beating us.
After we curbstomp them again, they'll fabricate some story about our players, coach, or fans doing something classless and insulting to them to take attention away from the beat down.
Then they'll crow about their mid-level bowl game and then, of course, fall back on "Wait Til Next Year".

coots, so their confidence level will be at 1,000,000%. Cycling up, never again, not better than us and all that. It's only about the 3rd quarter when "reality" sets in for the less delusional. The rest are in the parking lot after, complaining about refs and saying "only 2-3 plays away."
