got the last 3 years. An elite QB can cover a multitude of sins such as an average OL and average receivers. Receiver situation looks much better especially with Moore coming in and getting back Brown Stellato and Turner

I think that’s true for any team, but what bothers me is how do so many average QBs put up better numbers than our current QBs? It seems like for the last 3 years we have struggled to make routine plays.

We didn't need elite, just average. DJ was neither.

Other average QBs benefit from above average Oline, plus receivers that can block and run routes with separation. Dabo has been honest in the past that the offense hasn’t been good enough around the QB. I think we’ve turned the corner on the Coach Austin debacle, and now with Wesco and Moore acquired Dabo will be free to cut loose Grisham in January. I predict after the ‘25 season Dabo will hire an experienced OC/QB coach who can finally modernize the offensive scheme. Nothing about this Dirt Raid set of plays impresses me.

The DJ debacle hurt all around...he could not develop and Cade did not while he was here...this is Cades year to shine...if he does not shine from the start I doubt that he will! Can't blame Cades growth this year on old OC, DJ , this is all on him! Never thought the old OC was the issue...new one was less than stellar last year hope he comes of age, we need Dabo back!
