Likely aren’t on their board and it’ll be yet another year without drafting a player from the far and away best football program in the Carolinas. Just drop the pretense already and call yourselves the Charlotte Panthers no one is buying that you give a crap about anything outside of Mecklenburg county.

It’s a surprise trotter hasn’t gotten picked up, but it would’ve been an insane reach for the panthers to draft Shipley in the 2nd round.

to a lesser extent. The only excuse for selecting a RB in the second round is having a SB contending stacked roster so somewhat justifiably making it a luxury pick. And the USuC WR is probably a #3 WR or best case scenario, a#2 in a year or 2-
