mathematically, without the three field goals and 1 extra point we are tied up.

We win if he only misses the 3 pointers.

I know. I wondered who would be the first to dispute that claim.

Way Too Predictable - Bubble Screen after Bubble Screen - I would like someone to ask Chad Morris why Cole Stoudt has seemingly regressed from his read progression and release timing from the start of the year. I know he has issues with his non-throwing shoulder but for the 3rd game in a row we have no field stretching capability with our wideouts and without it we are very mundane. Why not target the tight ends more on delayed and crossing routes or take advantage of running back matched up on linebackers. I know we are banged up on O but we just look awful and we are so fortunate to limp into the bye without dropping a game in Deshaun's absence. Beware the hapless Deac's on a Thursday night on the road.....

A few shots over the middle would not be a bad idea after a few runs up the middle and try to get the linebackers to move up a little. We have to use the TE'S to help block for our depleted O line. So they arent available to run many routes.

Stoudt doesn't ever look downfield. He just throws

to the receiver that he made up in his mind before the snap who it is going to be. Our defense is awesome. Stoudt shouldn't be playing at all.

Im proud of this team. They've found an identity and they're all playing hard. Our defense is dominating, and everybody on this board has been waiting years to say that. Im having a great time watching this team. And they're winning.

a 10-point win is not something I'd call painful, even if it was ugly.

Agree. Most of the complaints are younger fans that have short memories - maybe the last few years. Great offense that sometimes does not hold up. I prefer strong defense that is always strong. I have great hope for offense, and great trust in the defense.

It is an awful burden, but I am the reason we have won the last 3 games. I bought a case of Yuengling Lager and I had some 3rd Shift Lager in the fridge, prior to the start of the Louisville game. When I drank the 3rd Shift we played terribly (on offense). Conversely, when I opened a Yuengling, we played better. Same thing through the BC throwback game. Well, I was down to 3 of those lucky Yuenglings last night. I conservatively sipped 2 of them at needful times. WE WON!!! Now, I only have 1 remaining lucky Yuengling. I will not open it unless we are in dire straits and it is the only way we will win.
BTW, Reid Webster hiked that ball like a freaking laser. The second coming of Mick Tinglehoff.

No specifics, but he was intentionally held out for non-injury related reasons

That is frankly idiotic with our OL situation.

Find another form of discipline other than throwing people off the team and holding them out of games.
