If we land another commit tonight that is 11 commits

Does anyone have an educated guess on who else is a projection or silent commit and may be coming soon as well?

DJ seems like a silent but he just wants to experience the full recruitment process

My guess we get to 18-19 total. That leaves approximately 8.
DJU Bowmann Fleming Murphy Bresee Spot for Burch Flowe, Sampah, or Smalls? Maybe a DT?

I would add a few more to that list. Seems like we're looking to take 3 WRs and 2 RBs in this class.

Yes my bad I forgot a few.
I think EJ Williams is the leading candidate for a second WR. Not sure on 2nd RB. I know Knighton was high on us but seems we have mutually cooled.
Not sure the numbers allow for much more but I remeber another tall WR (forget his name) but not sure we have the space.

If we land both Fleming and Williams first. We might pass on guys like Henderson and Lambert. We would still need a guy like Ngata if DK sticks at CB. Kobe Pryor seems like a RB the coaching staff likes. I think they want a bigger back to complement a Bowman type.

Clemson will jump to number 2 in the Rivals rankings with 1472 points and an average of 4.0 with FD's commitment.
Bowman would add 214 points to push CU into first place.

So in retrospect it will be impossible to finish with the number one class. SEC schools sign 30 on the average every year. Sigh. It's all about the average I suppose

2 national title rings in the last 3 years exposes recruiting rankings for the crap shoot they are.

They’re certainly not a crapshoot

And there’s protocols in place to negate differing class sizes at least by Rivals. Nobody is going to hit 100% but there’s a lot of evidence that elite recruiting translates to championships.

They take the highest ranked 25 commits so the rankings don’t acknowledge anything over 25. We can still get the top ranking IF we take ~23-24 commits. Not sure we can get there with ~21 which is where I think we land. Not that the rankings matter as Dabo has proven...

as I think it ridiculous to give credit for signing more kids.
But even more, I'm interested in who our coaches offer and sign because, hey...look at the results!

That's on 247.
In the current Rival rankings Clemson is fourth. Rivals only counts the top 20 players for each team in it's overall rankings. If a team signs over 20 players the lower rated recruits fall out of the team ranking. Clemson has a very good chance to end up in the top 3 this year and maybe number 1 if they pick up 6 to 7 five stars.
