How's everyone feeling for tonight's game? I have the most confidence with this team going into tonight's game than I've had all tournament. They've absolutely caught fire and they're playing a team they beat, fresh off a commanding win over one of the top teams in the country.
I was excited but nervous against New Mexico, especially considering the media made it feel like it was Clemson vs the world.
I figured we had a shot against Baylor but went into the game proud of the team, win or lose. I was impressed with how well they played.
Though Clemson had proven they could play with anyone, I wanted to watch the Arizona game with no expectation and appreciate a successful season. And then magic happened. I was floored, shocked with how well they played.
Best of luck, hope we all enjoy this one. Been a great ride, hope it's not over.

We're gonna be underdogs all the way which I love.
We beat Bama once and I hope we have the chip on the shoulder to prove it wasn't a fluke and that we deserve to be here.
Hope we're saying this in a few hours....CUT THE NETS!

Think you have explained how a few people felt about the previous games, me included. At this point, I think we can go toe to toe with any remaining team in the tournament. There’s also an extra level of confidence knowing you’ve beaten the team you’re playing.
Keep up the defensive intensity and we have a good chance to be one of four remaining.

On my walk this afternoon, heard 2 songs on the radio that I think were omens: "Eye of the Tiger" and "I Wanna Dance With Somebody."
So feeling somewhat less anxious.

Was flippin' thru the TV today and landed on a UFL game. Seconds left, 4th down and the team on offense is down by 2.
They send in a rookie kicker attempting his first ever FG to win the game. Actually, he hadn't kicked a FG since high school... knocked down a 64 yarder- he actually did it twice as the opposing team called a TO before the first one went in.
I was hoping this was kind of omen. Having seen something never done before- and he did it with ease.

Heavily nervous because the run has to end sometime.
The things going against Clemson
-- revenge factor
-- 3 teams so far have shot poorly to start
-- Clemson has shot well early for each of last 3 games
-- Chase has had 3 great games leading in scoring for each one
Things going for Clemson
-- underdog role again
-- most people expect Clemson to lose
-- PJ Hall has not had a great game yet
-- Joe G 3 has not had a great game yet
-- Defense does not have to have a bad game ever
-- Not intimidated at all
My 3 Keys to Win:
- PJ needs a 20pt + 10+ Rb game
- Great defense on perimeter
- Chase, JoeG, Clark, Ian and Chauncy all need to at least at least meet their own season avgs in pts, rbs, assists, FT%, 3PT%
Let's go Tigers.
Play smart. Attack the basket. Let the offense flow naturally.
