Here’s a project for the most avid Clemson fans: Our 1981, 2016, and 2018 teams won the National Championship. Now, of these three teams, pick your first team by position. I cannot to do this. Probably most difficult position would be QB. Watson or Lawrence. Next, who do replace on the 2018 DL?

Though I’ll admit TLaw is/was a better overall QB than Watson, I always felt secure when DW4 was at the helm. Like I knew we were capable of any game because he’d keep us in it.

That’s not to say TLaw isn’t capable of the same, I just never felt as confident in TLaw as I did Watson.
