Moe's food is getting worse.

I gave them another shot today. Since I have sworn off their chicken because terrible taste, I tried their "steak": it's even worse. Tough, rubbery, and I'm wondering if it may have even been spoiled.
What's going on with them?

Are you ordering JUST the chicken in a bowl? I'm not sure I could determine difference between steak and chicken after I load my Homewrecker with sour cream, guac, pico, cheese, jaleprons,and my favorite raw onions and pickles.
