Particularly the part of the lake where one can drop anchor, top off the Yeti cup, send a shad or two into the deep water, and enjoy a football game, thanks to the new and improved big screen.

It's actually becoming preferrable to going into DV for waterbugs like us, depending on the opponent.

We have to motor quite a while to get up there, but if it's a nice day and they're playing a non-conference cupcake, there's nothing better.

We'll be in DV for App because ... APP ... but may opt for it when Standford shows up, just before the lake starts to take that slow turn to fall/winter.

Yes Sir! We camped a Mike creek tbat season for 2 GameDays and I wouldn't trade it for free tickets to DV! Crowd, limited parking, ungodly prices for concessions. I really believe CFB is headed to somewhat of a market crash/adjustment very soon. I love Clemson, and have been a Tiger my entire life, but today's college athletics is nauseating! Give me a cove, cold beer, and an good old fashioned radio any Saturday!!

A writer I like once said, "the future belongs to crowds."

As much as I love hitting DV on gameday with my Tiger loved ones, put me on the lake with a strong radio signal and a cold bologna sammich and some bourbon, and I'm good to go, bro.

And at some point, people just gotta start asking if the ROI is really there anymore. Right? I mean, at some point ... right?
