Satterfield and the powers that be at Louisville were not getting along. In the pre-season to this year some of the other ACC coaches commented anonymously about the sour relationship Satterfield had with Louisville with many predicting he would leave or be fired.

other aspects, he hasn't knocked it out of the park and Cincinnati is a good program starting play in the Big 12 in the upcoming season. Didn't see it coming either, but it's certainly not a big step down and you can make arguments it is also a slightly better position.

No one should be shocked by that. Cincy would be playing us in the ACC championship every year if they were in the league. I think that there is some dysfunction at Louisville administratively and with boosters.

Jeff Brohm will make the mistake of leaving Purdue to go back home.

I graduated from Purdue and will be sorry when he announces but I knew this day would eventually come.
