In 18 games as a starter, Kelly Bryant

Threw 15 td passes. FiFTEEN! In an offense designed for qbs to throw 30 + tds a year (as shown by Boyd, Watson and Lawrence).
But somehow, according to him, it’s not HIS fault he was replaced as a starter?
Things that make you go hmmmmmmmm....

That’s not a good measure of Kelly’s effectiveness. We utilized Kelly’s legs far more than we did the other two. A more accurate measure would be total yards per game or total offensive TDs. That would show how efficient Kelly was against his predecessors.

Watson in 2016 had 41 passing touchdowns and 9 rushing touchdowns.
Last year Bryant had 13 passing touchdowns and 11 rushing touchdowns.
Watson had 165 carries for 629 yards. Bryant had 192 carries for 665 yards.
Watson’s sophomore year he had 1,105 yards rushing...

I think the OC's designed the offense to fit KB's skills.
13 td's and 8 int's in 2017.

Thank you for doing what I was about to....Watson's sophomore year, he rushed TONS more than Kelly ever has....just shy of DOUBLE Kelly's 2017 production. Anyone that says Kelly rushed more apparently doesn't know the real stats.

bryants less rushing yardage reflects too many sacks I bet....he held onto the ball too long too many times..

Ok we can do that too.
DW had 26 rushing tds in his career, a thousand yard rushing season, and still threw 30+ tds a year.
Tajh Boyd had 25 rushing tds, over 1100 rushing yards in his career, and still threw 30+ tds a year.
It’s still too early to tell how much TL will do with his legs, but with his production through the air so far, it may not matter.
So every qb that started long term in our offense has far outweighed KBs production through the air and all compared very similar to him on the ground. Watson blew him away in both categories.

9 TDs in 4 games without starting and splitting reps. I would say the TL could easily have 12-15 right now if he didn’t split those reps. Let me also tell you something that deep inside you’ve known all along and are in total denial about: Trevor Lawrence is hands down the best QB from last year’s class. -1 for continuously lying to yourself.
