I have a friend who cusses every time we sign a white player. And he is old like me.

It's a bit like what I told our HR Director when he announced a new diversity push at our company that included mandatory sensitivity training and guilt-laden diatribes by suck up Project Managers.

He asked me what I thought about the whole idea, and I said, "White people have screwed me over all of my life. No reason black people can't do it, too."
