The basketball program is stale. The ceiling has been reached with Brownell. That could be the ceiling for Clemson basketball. If that's ok, then keep him. If you want to try to get higher, then he needs to be in his last season.

I hope you realize that this is the 14th time Clemson has been to the NCAA Tournament ever. Brownell has 4 of those.

Couple?? Clemson might/should win the first game but would need an outstanding shooting game to beat Baylor. One win in this bracket is doable.

If we make the Sweet 16 I'll be quiet for the off season but it won't change my mind that changes need to be made. We would need a really deep run into the tournament for me to say "You know what? Maybe I was wrong?" but even then, I don't know. 14 years is a long time for this mediocrity and nothing to show for it in the trophy case.

I was lost on that guy many years ago. Not sure anything now could change my opinion. Not like we only have 4-5 years of data on the coach.
