How people can think that Dabo isn’t overstepping into offensive play calling.

We have had 3 OCs in 4 years and have had the same issues with all 3 of them. The only common denominator is Dabo.

First I think you’re right, I think Dabo has his hands in it too much. But the one way to explain it is lack of talent and/or player development. Riley may be the best of the last 3 OC but he ain’t a miracle worker. Doesn’t matter what play you call if the players aren’t capable.
