Pretty sure the left wing kooks who still think Russia stole the 2016 election for Trump would be highly suspicious if the guy they all claim to want to run against Biden suddenly dropped dead, for whatever reason, which would force Republicans to run someone who isn't the most evil degenerate in our countries history instead. Or maybe not, the left seems pretty willing to believe whatever their phones tell them, no matter how absurd.

Few non-political junkies know anything about the Hunter laptop because they get their news from The View, the ‘big 3’ traditional news outlets, and political campaign ads. Some get news from NPR.
These outlets did not consistently explain the significance of the Hunter laptop; therefore, the stories about the ‘laptop coverup’ don’t resonate with the vast majority of voters.
(*). To Democrat party partisans, this is pure gold.

Now that the various Lawfare cases against Trump are in the medium phases of meltdown, Americans with some degree of political savvy realize that one of the purposes of the Lawfare was to wear out Trump.
Reasoning being that even a high energy, vibrant 77 year old can be worn out, at which point Trump will either cut back on campaigning (a win for the Uniparty) -or- get sick from overwork (a bigger win for the Uniparty) -or- die from exhaustion (the ultimate prize for the Uniparty).
Biden, on the other hand, is manifestly unhealthy. His facelifts from 2020 have not disguised either his physical fraility or mental incapacitance. I could see the Uniparty killing Biden if he refuses to cooperate and announce that he won’t seek reelection (for ‘health reasons’) at the DNC or shortly before so that the Democratic Party bosses could select the ticket. (Doing it this way would allow for the Democratic Party to jettison Kamala, who is also unlikely to defeat Trump.). If indeed the Uniparty arranges for the demise of an 7ncooperative Biden, it would more plausible to successfully sell the ‘he died of natural causes’ story.
Look at the responses in this thread. TNet’s vengeful lefties are gleeful about the prospect of Trump dropping dead.
Notice how few (I can’t think of anyone, although I don’t spend anything close to the time that you spend in this board, so I’ll admit to possibly missing some comments from non-leftists) are implying a wish for Biden to die.
(*). Thus, there will be high levels of suspicion that the Deep State had engineered health problems for Trump, whereas similar levels of intense suspicions won’t happen if Biden becomes completely incapacitated.

Gleeful is a stretch. True. Tons of people on both sides wouldn't mind if Trump and Biden passed away though. It would just be two old dudes dying and the country getting a fresher start. It might create some chaos for a bit. That would be a fascinating election vome November. Anyway, they will both be alive, so there will be no need for conspiracies. No need for glee. No need for sorrow. One of the two will have a 2nd term. Trump wins, Russia takes Ukraine and he makes the country weaker with allies, but he tightens the southern border. Biden wins, who knows at that stage? It might be Harris after a year or two.
