and will probably have a new coach and GM next year after they go 3-13 again. Plus, Trubisky isnt even going to play, so not much pressure there. If I had a new boss who told me I wouldn't have to produce any results for 2 years, have barely any responsibility other than improving, and be guaranteed $20 million I wouldn't be feeling much pressure.
