Today is a "Tuesday" practice because Friday will be a "Saturday".

I'm just glad I'm not hearing how we've been as consistent as Alabama. Lets concentrate on heating up that secondary.

Sorry to hear he is only listening to himself. That makes no sense at all. Does he think he has the experiences needed to give his decision a good evaluation? I think not.

I'm sure he listens to all input and puts his own filter on it and that's probably what he means.
If that's the case, he's smart to take anything an Agent says with a huge grain of salt. The majority of them are looking for the here-and-now, immediate commission as opposed to what might be best for Bryant a year later with possibly someone else.

Dumb question
Dec 31, 2013, 7:29 AM
|
|
Can redshirted players play in bowl games or is it just the advantage of extra practice reps ? If so I guess I've never really noticed because we haven't had so many game changers to redshift. Hopefully meaning great things are on the horizon in Tiger football !

They get the benifts of the extra practices to show coaches what they can do. Can't play in bowl game w/o losing rs.

Thanks I didn't think they could but a few tigernet stories lately were worded kinda odd to make me think that maybe I always thought wrong. Intresting thought my main concern for an 8 or 16 team playoff would be depth of the programs involved. Letting redshift players play in the playoffs without burning their redshirt would be a great way to alleviate that issue. It doesn't seem possible but hey back in the day no freshmen were allowed to play !!

..college football w/in the past few days.
Anyone who has spent anytime following the game knows a kid can't play in the bowl game (and not give up their RS).
Good grief.
