Georgia QB 2012 stats are as unreal asTajh's 36 passing TD's

Saying...Tajh outpassed Aaron Murray & Johnny Football TD wise..but check out what Murray did in 2012.
In his career at UGa Murray's had 41 starts & 95 TD passes which made him #1 in Nation in 2012.
Also, his offense averaged 10+ yards per play on 26.5% of it's drives last year which was #1 in Nation.
And, UGa has 9 back on offense which will make them a tough opponent for Clemson's "getting better" D.
Saying..this game will be one heck of a contest in DV which IMO any team can win..slightly or by big margins.

Murray and Boyd's 2012 stats are almost identical. AM had a passing eff. rating of 174.8 to Boyd's 165.6. Boyd threw 13 ints to Murray's 10. It's going to be a good one.

No one is scared of you hiding behind your SEC flag haha. I pray that you stick around after the pathetic bulldogs play like crap against an opening team again haha.
You will get nightmares from Tigernet after the game.

Murray has one win over a team that finished in the top 25 if I am not mistaken. Which current SEC QB has more than Murray? Connor Shaw

Everyone seems to be missing one key stat -

Unlike Murray, Boyd is much better on his feet and at rushing/scoring when he needs to. Last year, Murray was no good in that regard.
I think the 2 are pretty well comparable in the air and Boyd has more than an edge on the ground. I might even argue that Murray's numbers are a little inflated because 4 of their first 5 games were no competition for the O line (Buffalo? Florida Atlantic?).
Of course, it really boils down to how improve our D is. Murray and his weapons can easily take advantage if we don't come out of the gate with fury.

Murray actually accounted for less yardage lost than did Boyd. I agree Boyd is the better athlete at least in the running dept. but it's not as if Murray has feet of stone. Aaron's shed some lbs from last season down to like 205...he is lean and mobile. Murray's numbers inflated? Boyd's numbers included games against Ball St. and Furman.....push? As food for thought we can compare like opponents...Auburn and Ga Tech in which GA put both away rather easily. Murray = 5 tds 0 ints....Boyd = 3 tds 3 ints.

We can do a tit-fot-tat on last year compared to this year if you want. Even with INT thrown, we still hammered Tech for over 600 yards (400 in the air) to your total 326. And in general for example, you don't have Tavarres King any longer and he was the star receiver (didn't he have 1,000+ yards?). We don't have Deandre Hopkins. So both QBs will have to depend on other receivers. We've got Watkins, you've got Malcolm Mitchell. We've got Martavis Bryant (10 touches for over 300 yards last year) who seems to have finally stopped being a kid and moved on to man. You've got...I don't know who you'd pick as your #2...Brown? Conley? Toss up maybe. We were 13th in passing last year. You were 30th. And it could go on forever.
But in the end, both offenses are stacked. The question will be defenses and coaching. For argument's sake, I'll call coaching an even match, although Chad Morris is seen as a top OC and may be the most watched in the country right now. Everyone wants to know where he will land as HC. So it comes down to defense. We return more experience but we also have to build up a mediocre secondary. Grantham has the longer and perhaps better reputation as DC over Venables, but he has a lot of new talent to work with. But at the end last year we held LSU to under 250 yards while Nebraska hammered your experienced and highly ranked D to almost 500 yards.
There is no obvious edge. And until the practice season gets more fleshed out both of us don't know who every starter will be, especially on defense. That's why the odds are a mess, with barely a score (less than 3 points) separating the two. But UGA is far, far from being ahead in talent as you may think.

They played : One of the softest schedules in the world last year. Two good teams UF and USCe. One of them got manhandled in the post season and the other squeaked by a half-rump UM team.
