So, do you know how Capt. Humayan Khan died?
Aug 1, 2016, 8:47 PM
|
|
On June 8, 2004, a suspicious taxi cab approached Khan's guard post. Khan ordered his subordinate soldiers to stand down as he approached the vehicle by himself. The cab exploded and killed Khan, but Khan's orders saved his fellow soldiers.
Khan died for America. His actions saved the lives of American soldiers. He was a Muslim. He was born in UAE, immigrated to the U.S., and became a citizen. He was posthumously awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart for his heroism. He is an American hero, and he was a Muslim immigrant.
Donald Trump wants to ban Muslims from entering our nation. He has very openly condemned people who follow the faith.
At the same time, we've seen numerous people on this board spout hate towards anyone who follows that faith. They call our president a "Mooslim" (which he isn't and it's the height of stupidity to believe he is). They denigrate anyone who follows that faith. Just like Trump. And they champion Trump for it.
And then you have Khan. American. Hero. Gave his life to save others. Muslim.
Then you have people who have the choice between siding with his grieving parents who speak out against Trump's anti-Islamic rhetoric and hate, or siding with a privileged, filthy rich spoiled brat who viciously attacks them when they speak up for their son and show him as an example of a Muslim American who fights for his nation.
The show is up, Trump supporters. It's over. You know you've reached the end, and you know this is the crossroads. Abandoning Trump and siding with Khan and his family is the right, decent, American thing to do. Siding with Trump fully commits you to hate, bigotry, and anti-Americanism.
If you still side with Trump after this one, you're a massive, steaming pile of feces. And you know you are.

Why? Cause you all the sudden LOVE the Troops and this war? Aren't you the ones complaining about our troops killing and ###### civilians? How about that time your lover boy Kerry turned his back?
Just cause this dad lost his son, you all the sudden love the troops and war? #### you are fake as RobertN's persona.

are the "bad guys" of the world.
Let's not forget that all countries have the same percentage of nasty people. The reason one country may be seen as a villain isn't because of their DNA, it's because their system failed them and allowed the bottom of the barrel to take over.
Trump supporters who justify his disgusting behavior and BLM people who justify violence on cops represent our bottom of the barrel.

This has zero to do with Hillary. This is about a pathetic piece of garbage attacking a soldier and his family because of their faith, and people like you are siding with him. Siding against our soldiers.
Denounce Trump and do it now, or add yourself to the list of people who think a person's religion negates their service to our country.

going on national TV at the DNC and using your son's death for political purposes?
that's exactly what they did... and are now acting like they are immune from a response, b/c their son died in the line of duty...
if that's the case, don't use his death for political reasons and personal shots

You're against "using your son's death for political purposes?" So it is safe to assume you are equally appalled by the lady at the RNC who blamed Hillary for her son's death in Benghazi? Didn't think so.

Aaaand a quick search reveals. Nope. No opposition from Snowtown on that. We're at what? Four ranging posts about Khan in a single evening, though.
Maybe Snowtown would explain why that is.

Immigrants coming to this country. She is suggesting that we allow more Syrian refugees in the US. Why? The same people that plotted the death of this soldier could end up in the very country that he was fighting to protect.

Would have never arrived in America and would have never saved the lives that he did. Ask those families if they are thankful Khan immigrated to America.

If we're playing hypotheticals, if Trump were in charge of France, another guy named Mohamed would have never been allowed to immigrate to France. Ask the families of the 84 dead in Nice if they are thankful Mohamed immigrated or not.

I'm not sure he would have kept Khan out.

As you stated, Khan came over when he was a child.
Humayun Khan was born in 1976 (says google), and to my knowledge, at that point indistinguishable radical muslim's hadn't start flying planes into buildings or shooting or blowing up anyone that would get near them. Did we have another reactionary reason at that point to keep out Muslims?
So to your point, would Trump have kept men like Khan out of the country? If he had been president in 1976, I doubt it. Does he have a reason now? Maybe he does.
I'm not certain bringing even more p!ssed off muslims over here is a good idea. Ask France and Germany about that. Do we let everyone in and just figure later what they really want?
Whats your answer?

Sit in the house and vape, like usual? Have you been keeping up with the news in Europe, or are you just posting stupid bullshite like you typically do? Do you think any of these so called refugees can be vetted? I doubt you've even thought through it, honestly.
I'm really not sure why I even bother to respond to a intellectually bankrupt loser like yourself.

What will you say when Angela Merkel gets kicked out of...

I've been to Germany twice in the last 3 months and talk to folks in Germany and Austria on a daily/weekly basis. Have never heard political discussions like I heard from there recently. There are going to be some big changes coming in Europe over the next few years.
Also, the immigration crisis in Europe is largely what led to the Brexit vote.
Anyone that keeps up with the news knows this.
So...I have to ask...what the heck are you talking about?

Food for thought...
Aug 2, 2016, 10:59 AM
|
|
1. Trump, regardless of his opinions had no power, authority, involvement over the war or situation in Iraq whereas Clinton officially cast her vote to go there. So, Hitlary had a hand in the American hero dying there...as small as that may be it's a million times more than Trump having a hand in the death of the American hero. Irony.
2. If it is true that Trump would have prevented the American hero from immigrating to the USA to begin with and therefore not have an opportunity to be an American hero then Mr. Khan just may well have still been alive today but living in another country but living none-the-less. Irony.
3. When the Khan family immigrated to the USA times were different. Likely, at that time, Trump wouldn't have the stance he has now. Today is different, very much different. It's a dumb statement to say that Trump would have prevented Mr. Khan from becoming an American hero.
4. The policies of Obama administration to include the involvement of Hitlary created the situation you now see in the middle east and the rise if ISIS, et. al. I've never seen anyone grab defeat from the jaws of victory more than Obama and his left wing libtards. I may be proven wrong though because it sure seems that everytime Trump opens his mouth he's reaching for defeat.
5. The elder Khan reached into his pocket for his pocket Constitution to wave it in the face of Trump. What does the Constitution have with the "right of immigration to the USA". The world does not have a constitutional right to import themselves into the USA.
6. What reverence does the democrat party have for the Constitution. At every opportunity they are thumbing their noses at the Constitution; a document they'd rather #### on until it suits their motives.
7. The hypocrisy of the media and the libtards: Pat Smith vs Khizr Khan, libtards booed the military at the DNC but seemed to have a different reaction when Mr. Khan spoke. etc, etc. etc.

And Clinton sucks for that. But this isn't about Clinton. This is about Trump attacking a soldiers' family simply of their religion. That's despicable. And that's not the definition of irony.
2. If it is true that Trump would have prevented the American hero from immigrating to the USA to begin with and therefore not have an opportunity to be an American hero then Mr. Khan just may well have still been alive today but living in another country but living none-the-less. Irony.
Wait... what? That's some word salad. Oh, and tell me if it's dramatic irony, situational irony, or verbal irony. Thanks.
3. When the Khan family immigrated to the USA times were different. Likely, at that time, Trump wouldn't have the stance he has now. Today is different, very much different. It's a dumb statement to say that Trump would have prevented Mr. Khan from becoming an American hero.
He wants to ban ALL Muslims from entering the U.S. So yes, under his plan, people like Khan and his family couldn't come to the U.S. Doesn't matter if it's different. There are still millions of people out there like Khan and his family.
The policies of the Bush admin AND the Obama admin created this problem. It's a bipartisan #### up. But you like saying Hitlary and libtard, so it means you haven't grown up yet.
5. The elder Khan reached into his pocket for his pocket Constitution to wave it in the face of Trump. What does the Constitution have with the "right of immigration to the USA". The world does not have a constitutional right to import themselves into the USA.
He was referring to freedom of religion, which Trump does not grasp.
6. What reverence does the democrat party have for the Constitution. At every opportunity they are thumbing their noses at the Constitution; a document they'd rather #### on until it suits their motives.
Man, both sides do that. Where the Dems attack the 2nd Amendment and the 10th, the GOP attacks the 1st, 4th, 8th, and 14th. People cherry-pick what they want from the Constitution. Republicans are no more champions of that document than the Dems.
7. The hypocrisy of the media and the libtards: Pat Smith vs Khizr Khan, libtards booed the military at the DNC but seemed to have a different reaction when Mr. Khan spoke. etc, etc. etc.
Grow up.
