Anyone else notice all the extra short uni's yesterday?

I first saw VT wearing the pants that stopped well above the knees without any knee pads on Friday. Yesterday, while spinning through all different games, it was the same thing. It wasn't on every player, but mostly on guys off the line of scrimmage--especially on defense. Obviously, there's been a rule change, but on artificial turf, that would be a very bad decision IMO. Anybody got some input??

for performance whatever, wear something under them that goes down to the knee. It looks like football players wearing short shorts disgusting, gets much worse I'm done with college as well.
