We beat two very good teams and we continue to not play our best game. I'd love to see us play our best games this year going forward. The close games we have won the last two years shows how tough our team has become. It feels good to win these type games for a change.

Good stat however I feel like we dominated this game a lot better than we did the UL game. That's the difference between having 4 days to prepare and having 16 to prepare. ND is a good team, but we showed that we're better. I just wish that we hadn't gone in preservation mode in the 4th.

I thought they would. ND has a recent history of not winning their biggest games. Maybe they don't do it in spectacular fashion, but they do. Sure, to continue to blow them out like we did the first quarter would have been a blast. However, this would have led to a lot of talk about how ND was over rated. At a glance, the game looks like you want a game between number 12 and number 6 to look.

I agree with you completely. That just makes us that much more scary! What would a complete game of our best football be?

I just remember with Bowden, if the difference was fewer than 7 points the tigers were the losing team. I like when the tigers win the close ones. Makes me feel alive.
