Best Wins

Nov 4, 2022, 11:38 AM

1. Tennessee = #6 Alabama
2. Ohio State = #15 Penn State
3. Georgia = #8 Oregon
4. Clemson = #20 Syracuse
5. Michigan = #15 Penn State
6. Alabama = #24 Texas
7. TCU = #13 Kansas State
8. Oregon = #12 UCLA
9. USC = #23 Oregon State
10. LSU = #11 Ole Miss
11. Ole Miss = Has beaten no ranked teams
12. UCLA = #14 Utah

Takeaways ...
Wake and Cuse did us no favors last weekend. NCSU, I'm looking at you too.
Bama and Ole Miss are the biggest posers so far.
Big10 is putting a lot of weight on Penn State actually being good.

I don't think more than 1 of our 3 ranked wins will still

be ranked by the end of the year. The best case scenario is probably:

Beat 11-1 UNC in the ACCG
Wake only loses to UNC and finishes 9-3
Beat ND and ND wins out (beats USC) to finish 8-4

That probably keeps us at 3 ranked wins. ND should squeak in near the back of the top 25 if they pull that off. 9-3 Wake is probably around #20 and 11-2 UNC would like be in the 10-15 range.

Penn State definitely shouldn't be ranked that high. At best, they are just the punching bag for OSU and Mich.
