Alabama the gatekeepers to Clemson's promised land?

So just say article on TCI & it mentioned an interesting factoid regarding Clemson & Alabama.

Our 1st football title in 35 years, had to go thru the Tide to get it.

Our last CWS appearance in 2010, had to beat the Tide in Super Regionals.

Now we find basketball on the cusp of history...who stands in the way again? The Crimson Tide.

I'm definitely nervous about tonight b/c so many seem sure b/c we had the win in Tuscaloosa back in December. However, both teams have gone thru ebbs & flows since then. Alabama is playing for their 1st F4 trip as well, & they're gonna be looking to undo the disappointment of falling short last year as the overall #1. Plus, I'm very superstitious from my Army days & believe you don't talk about things going good until the good thing in question has finished (b/c you inevitably jinx it). All I know is this run has been a dream for Clemson folks & just like rest of you, I'm hoping that tonight is not time for all us to wake up.

GO TIGERS! BEAT THE TIDE!
