And another win, last week, was against the Coots, so that should only count like 1/2 game win.

FSU over LSU was legit, as probably was Miami over Texas A&M. But, even that one may turn out not to be worth much if Bimbo goes about 4-8.

So, really, 2.5-1 vs the SEC is more like it after two weeks.

Vandy is in the SEC and every team that trounces them SWEARS they are a very tough out. You can’t have it both ways.
This logic pretty much typifies the Tnet mentality (and sports in general), giving half wins when there isn’t a blowout.
In fact, that is what happens in the polls as well. Each play is now evaluated as if it stands alone, so a few bad plays and we aren’t worthy of anyone’s love.
Football was not meant to be evaluated that way at the fan level - Dabo is paid to win games, yet now it’s a beauty pageant.
There were idiots on here wanting Dabo to retire after the first half. Absolute crybabies.
So let the teams have a win when they win. The coaches will pick things apart on film. You don’t have to do that.
You can rest assured that the SEC fans will prop Vandy up as long as they are part of the tradition, the pageantry, the wonder of THE SEC…
