What if clemson and FSU "folded their athletic departments for 1 year and granted redshirt type opportunities for all urs student athlete for that time period and then reentered the arena in a new conference 12 months later? Extreme? Maybe but better than paying 140 million or being 20 to 30 million less than tbe other schools that it competes with.

Could this ambulance chaser be a paid stooge for the ACC? Why would he spend time trying to defend the ACC? According to him, FSU AND CLEMSON don't stand a chance against the mighty ACC and the ACC will never settle a lawsuit.

When the ACC settles with Clemson and FSU for 150 million max.AND they leave the ACC, this guy will dissappear never to be seen again.

This is totally expected (counter-suit).

I think we get out of it easier than imagined although it will take some time. Leeches don't like losing their free ride...

I will say this, and I said it at the time it was signed on Tigernet, I wouldve NEVER agreed to a K that tied us down for so long. We will get out of it, but it didn't have to be this way...
