ACC football payouts

SInce football drives college revenues why not do it on what % your attendance or seating capacity you have is of the total in the conf. You'd see some laggards pick up the pace. Sddenly you'd have to attract a fan base- sorry BC, GT, and Wake among others

It would also diminish the ability of those school to compete even more and bring down the whole conference as a whole.

Conference schools have nothing to do with how many people are at games, only what they get from the TV money which last year was right at $40 million. Not too shabby.
