Former Clemson defensive lineman Albert Huggins was released on Saturday by the Houston Texans.

However, Huggins is back with the Texans as a member on their practice squad as he was very impressive during the preseason.

Huggins was rated as high as the No. 18 DT by ESPN going into the draft but wasn't selected.

He played 911 snaps over 46 games at Clemson, posting 83 stops (11.5 for loss) with seven sacks and 25 QB pressures.
