An elite safety prospect for the upcoming class outlined his top schools going into summer official visits, with Clemson firmly in the mix.
Four-star Monroe, North Carolina safety Jordan Young released a top schools list Monday with Clemson, Alabama, UNC, Florida State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Michigan and NC State. He has reported visits over a month period starting in Clemson on May 31, then FSU, NC State and Tennessee. Clemson is the predicted destination for Young on recruiting commit prediction mechanisms for both 247Sports and On3. Young received a Clemson offer last June. He told On3 that he is not expecting to make his commitment decision until October.
